AI design is taking too long
AI designs typically complete within 1-3 minutes. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection and ensure the app has notification permissions to alert you when complete.
AR features not working
AR requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 11+. Make sure you've granted camera permissions and are in a well-lit area with visible surfaces for plane detection.
Plant identification not accurate
For best results, take a clear, well-lit photo focusing on distinctive features like leaves or flowers. Avoid photos with multiple plant species.
Can't restore purchases
Go to Settings > Manage Premium > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
App crashes or freezes
Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, ensure you're on the latest version by checking the App Store for updates.
