Currently, Landscape Designer is available exclusively on iOS devices. The AR features use Apple's ARKit technology, which requires an iPhone 6s or later. We're evaluating Android support for future releases.

Some features require an internet connection (AI design generation, plant identification), while others work offline. You can browse the plant catalog, use the AR feature, and access saved projects without an internet connection.

Simply upload a photo of your yard or outdoor space, select a design style (like Modern, Cottage, or Japanese Zen), and provide some preferences. Our AI will generate a professional landscape visualization showing how your space could look with new plants and features. You can then chat with the AI to make refinements.

We offer 13 distinct styles: Classic, Cottage, Commercial, Desert, English Garden, Formal, Japanese Zen, Mediterranean, Modern, Native, Simple, Tropical, and Woodland. Each style has unique characteristics and plant selections.

Most AI designs are generated within 1-3 minutes. Complex designs may take slightly longer. You'll receive a push notification when your design is ready, so you can use other features while waiting.

No special equipment needed! If you have an iPhone with ARKit support (iPhone 6s or later), you can use our augmented reality features to see realistic 3D plants in your actual space using just your phone's camera.

Yes! All AR projects are automatically saved locally on your device. You can access them anytime from the Home screen, continue editing, or take screenshots to share with others.

We offer various ground textures including grass types (Bermuda, Zoysia, Fescue), gravel (Pea, River Rock), stone (Flagstone, Slate, Limestone), mulch (Bark, Wood Chips), and pavers (Brick, Concrete, Natural Stone).

Our plant identification uses advanced AI technology and is highly accurate for common plants. For best results, take clear, well-lit photos of leaves, flowers, or the whole plant. The AI works best with single plant subjects.

Each plant identification uses one ID credit. Premium subscribers get unlimited identification. Otherwise, you can purchase ID credit packs (50 for $0.99, 150 for $1.99, or 500 for $4.99).

Our catalog includes thousands of trees, shrubs, flowers, and vegetables with detailed information about each. We're constantly adding new plants based on user requests.

Hardiness zones indicate which plants can survive winter in your area based on average minimum temperatures. When you share your location, we automatically detect your zone and filter plant recommendations to show only species that will thrive where you live.

Yes! Use the "Plant Request" option in Settings to email us directly. We regularly add new plants based on user requests and prioritize commonly requested species.

Free users can browse the full plant catalog, view basic plant information, use the Photo Editor and AR features, and save projects locally. Premium unlocks AI design generation, plant identification, full plant details, and removes feature limits.

Yes! New users receive a free trial period (3-7 days depending on the plan) to experience all Premium features before being charged. You can cancel anytime during the trial.

To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Landscape Designer > Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Yes! Open the app on your new device, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
